Goal
To design a new experience that would connect drivers, moving companies, and clients together.
Problem
Moving companies, drivers, and customers faced disjointed communication, leading to delays, mismanaged inventory, and inefficient scheduling.
Existing tools lacked real-time tracking, clear activity logs, and an intuitive inventory system.
The challenge was to streamline the moving process, creating a cohesive experience that integrates AI-powered automation with human decision-making.
